To setup your LinkU e-mail on an iPad, please do the following:

1. From the Home screen, tap Settings.
2. On the Settings screen, tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
3. From the Accounts section, tap Add Account....
4. Tap Other.
5. Tap Add Mail Account.
6. Complete the following fields, and then tap Save:
   1. Name — The name to display on your email.
   2. Address — Your email address. (ex. Support@LinkUSyetems.com)
   3. Password — Your email account password.
   4. Description — A description of the email address to display in the email account list on your iPad.
   5. Tap the IMAP or POP option.
7. Enter your Incoming Mail Server information:
   1. Host Name — pop.linkumail.com (port 110) (If you select imap, you must use imap.linkumail.com).
   1. User Name — Your full email address.
   2. Password — Your email account password.
   3. NOTE: You must enter your full email address and password exactly the way that they are set up in your LinkU Email Account. You can verify this by logging in to your webmail account.
8. Enter your Outgoing Mail Server information:
   1. Host Name — smtp.linkumail.com (Use port 2500 if port 25 does not work)
   2. User Name — Your full email address.
   3. Password — Your email account password.
   4. Tap Save.
9. If you see a message that says "Cannot Connect Using SSL", click Yes when asked to setup the account without SSL.
10. The Advanced settings for the account will be displayed and do not need to be changed.
