Can I require a lead form before searching FS/FSBO listings?

You can require users to complete a lead form before searching listings by doing the following:

  1. Login to the Admin.
  2. Click on FSBO Control Panel.
  3. Click on FSBO Settings.
  4. Click on Additional Settings.
  5. Set the option for FSBO Search Property Lead form to ON.
  6. You will notice that you can also set the amount of time the visitor form status will be stored for. See below for details.
  7. Click Save Changes.

Turning this setting ON will require a lead form to be completed before a visitor will be able to access the search property page. This setting applies to the Search FSBO Property form only.

Leads from this form will be added to your Lead Manager. You can also set the notification settings and auto-responder for this form under the Lead Manger section in your admin section.

Visitor Form Status: The visitors form status is stored so that when they return to the website they do not have to complete the lead form again. You can modify how many days our system will remember their status below. The default is 10 days.
