Uploading Documents and Downloads to Members Area

You can upload documents to your contact.

  1. Click to View your Contact, or Members.
  2. Click on the contact you wish to upload documents.
  3. Click on Upload Document.
  4. If you would like the user to be able to access the document via the members area, click Grant Access to Member.
  5. If you require that the document be downloaded from a secure server, check the Use SSL for Download option.
  6. Browse to select a document to upload.
  7. Click Next Step.
  8. The document has been uploaded.
  9. You can always return to the contact to view, download or modify document settings.

The member (if given access) will have the ability to download the documents securely from their members area.
