Why are My Phone Number, Profile, E-Mail Address, Address Changes Not Saving?

When you make modifications to your "My Profile" section, such as First Name, Last Name, Address, Phone Number(s), E-Mail Address, etc., you may not see your changes on your website after refeshing the page.

Due to the way this information is stored on your website (using browsing sessions), any changes made will be saved and available immediately to new visitors, however in order for you to view the changes you may need to open an entirely new internet browser.

Refreshing your web page will not update the information, even though the updates were applied in the system. Browsing sessions are used only for a few items on your website, such as your "My Profile" information (Address, Phone Number, First Name, Last Name, etc.), website logo (ZSeries), and agent photo (ZSeries).

Changing Information with an XE Template:
Some phone numbers and other information may be embedded in the graphics of your website template. If this is the case, you will need to contact us to change those items; this is done at no additional cost to you.

For changes of this nature, you will need to submit a support request for these changes. You may submit these requests from your website administration.
