Have the CRM track the homes a person looks at on your web site.
When someone logs on to the website and searches for homes anything they click on should be saved to the contract in the CRM so we know what they are looking at. We can then set up a search more to what they are looking for.

This feature exists mostly within the IDX backend. We are looking at ways to “link” the IDX data with our CRM data.

This is a good idea. Kunversion also utilizes this same feature you are requesting and it works very well and is very helpful.
