Filter text message opt outs
If there was a way to filter by opted out SMS contacts like you have the email, that would be helpful so they can easily exclude them from campaigns, or find them and remove them.1 vote

Have the CRM track the homes a person looks at on your web site.
When someone logs on to the website and searches for homes anything they click on should be saved to the contract in the CRM so we know what they are looking at. We can then set up a search more to what they are looking for.6 votes
This feature exists mostly within the IDX backend. We are looking at ways to “link” the IDX data with our CRM data.
Would like to be able to add colored indication of hotness...such as hot, warm, cold and inactive or nuture

We need a task added for "end of campaign".
We need a task added for "end of campaign". So we can add the task to the end of each campaign and then decide our next course of action3 votes
We are working on this functionality now. You’ll have the options to loop a campaign, or move to a new campaign, stop it, etc.
You can already add a task at the end of a campaign if you want to schedule manual intervention.
Add the ability to setup contacts in LinkU on automatic email listing alerts via iHomefinder.
If I am using IDX, I would like to be able to easily create a subscription for that contact to receive new listings that match their criteria.2 votes
Add a pipeline view
I currently use STREAK and love that I can see the pipeline view and create several pipelines for each category.....would be great if this was available.Thank you1 vote
In the contacts view, a space to add who the contact was referred by. If the referrer is in your contacts, it would link to them.
I like to see who referred this client to me. It would be nice to have a spot to insert the referrer, and link to that referrer in the contacts view. Maybe even see how many times that referrer was referring someone.1 vote

Allow agents access to lead manager through LinkU Broker agent login
Agents with the LinkU Broker package should be able to see the lead manager as one of the allowed admin areas to avoid having to use difficult third-party-CRMs.2 votes
