Add "Search Commercial" search form to FS websites
This would allow users to more easily find the Commercial search features, such as searching for sale and for lease commercial properties. It would also provide more specific search fields for commercial property.

This feature doesn’t have application to more than 99% of the clients using it, unfortunately we have to decline it.

Looking into this, it appears it is because of the way Commercial listings are stored in the database, both lease and for sale are stored together essentially and the way rentals are stored are completely different than commercial lease, which is why it cannot appear on the Search Rentals. Commercial was added to the FS system years after these were created, so it seems the best solution would be to create a separate search called "Search Commercial", which would have a form specific to commercial, for example removing bedrooms and bathrooms, etc. This would allow you to search for sale and lease commercial properties only. We will merge this to an idea, supporting the creation of a separate commercial search page.
