Alllow the admin to set # of characters for listing description/remarks

This feature doesn’t have application to more than 99% of the clients using it, unfortunately we have to decline it.

I understand that the MLS' may limit the number of characters, but the website doesn't and can display it all. I am thinking you could simply not include certain details if it exceeded the number of characters. Let us know more on why you think this feature would be beneficial.
Also, always keep in mind we offer a co-payment program which we will allows us to immediately develop these types of features as a discounted cost.
