Notification email that listing pending approval was approved and is now active.
When someone pays with check or cash, there's an email notifying the fsbo's that their listing is pending approval. But there is no email notifying them their listing is now active. Once the website owner activates a listing it would be nice to notify the fsbo/seller/owner.
