Allow Agent Listings to switch package type through the admin
If single listings package type can be switched through the admin, then agent listings should be able to do the same! I have customers that want to up the amount of pictures, and in order to do so I have to completely recreate the new listing with more pics and delete the old one! Such a waste of time!

Add "Search Commercial" search form to FS websites
This would allow users to more easily find the Commercial search features, such as searching for sale and for lease commercial properties. It would also provide more specific search fields for commercial property.

Notification email open houses are added
Send an email notification to the admin when the seller added open houses on their listings.

Add 'Remove from Showcase' Date
This would allow you to set an expiration to the listing being included with the other 'Showcase Listings' without deactivating the listing. This would allow you to sell monthly, quarterly, yearly or unlimited 'Showcase Listing' upgrades.

New listings alerts by email
I wish I could have a generated email go out to the guestbook customers of all the new listings. Or having a new listing alert sign up would be great!
2 votesThis exists with IDX, but not on the FS system, mostly because the volume of listings is very low and it can be accomplished with a PremiumIDX solution.

add the ability to edit the expiration notification e-mails
The email says their listing is about to expire. Many of the customers think this is referring to their MLS listing. I would like to change the wording of the email they receive so I can explain that the expiration date refers to their listing on “my” site, not the MLS. Is this possible?

Is there or can there be a way to disable certain listing types for certain packages?
For example. If I am creating a package for some to list only rentals, can we make it to where they can not select to list a property for sale? Currently, we are offering packages that offer 1, 4, and 6 listings for rentals. If someone purchases a 6 listing rental package, when they add there listings they can choose from all the listing options.

make it possible for promo codes to be used for existing customers.
Example: If I wanted to give someone a discount that currently has a listing getting ready to expire, they can use this code when they renew once. same as for new accounts.

Map View-view all properties by map
Like on Zillow.com or forsalebyowner.com you can view all properties on a map that repopulates when you zoom in or out. This is the future of how people search for real estate.

Actual Preview Mode and go live date/time
So many of our customers do not want their listing to go live immediately, but want to get started working on the listing and to save their progress. It would be really great if there was an option for the listing to go live at the date and time of their choosing and to be able to preview what the listing will look like before then (current preview mode just brings up the actual live listing on the website...i.e. it is not a preview at all and will not work if the listing is set to inactive)

customize the questions that are asked when a customer removes a listing
Is there a way to customize the questions that are asked when a customer removes a listing? It would be very useful to add a few more questions so we could use it as a survey and get some customer stats. Just wondering.
If we could get info about things like: purchase agreement date, closing date, sold with/without realtor, commission %, days on market, etc. we could use those stats to increase sales, and to help our existing customers. It would be extremely valuable data that could be gathered on every listing.

Need Alert for new or price reduced listings
Having an option to put an alert on new listings or price reduced listings.
Something as simple as "New Listing" or "Priced Reduced" in red lettering would be great! Only have it in the web administrative side though. A check off box with it would be perfect.

Print flyer instead of Create
Under the FSBO control panel TOOL SECTION instead of Create Flyer can you change this to read PRINT Flyer? So many people ask me how to print the flyer when the flyer is already created upon sign-up. Thanks - Carolyn West

Notification email that listing pending approval was approved and is now active.
When someone pays with check or cash, there's an email notifying the fsbo's that their listing is pending approval. But there is no email notifying them their listing is now active. Once the website owner activates a listing it would be nice to notify the fsbo/seller/owner.
