Did you know? If you have an idea or have a need for a special feature immediately, we offer a co-pay plan. This allows you to get the feature you want when you need it and we share in the development costs with you. So if you have a special need for a feature that isn’t getting the votes, not to worry, simply contact our sales department for a co-pay quote.

What feature would improve our website platform?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Flexibility with what contact information is gathered

    When a customer requests a report, it asks them for their name, email , phone, etc. These are required fields. It would be nice if we could select which fields the customer sees and whether they are required or not for each report category. Right now, I think we're asking for too much information from them and many are hesitant to give us all that information.

  2. add the ability to add custom form fields to websites existing lead forms.
